What is the minimum booking?
One hour, billed by the hour thereafter. Leave five or ten minutes at the end to return the space as you found it.
Can I book at any hour?
Yes — the floor is accessible 24 hours, seven days a week, on your own access code. Bookings starting before 8am or running past 6pm carry a flat £50 supplement, as do weekends.
What counts as commercial?
Anything shot for a paying client or a funded campaign. Personal portfolios, creator content, headshots and podcasts are all standard rate. If you're unsure, email and we'll tell you straight.
Is lighting provided?
No — please bring your own. The floor has strong south-facing daylight and blackout blinds. No drilling, nothing taped to the cornicing or fireplaces, and nothing hung from the chandeliers.
Parking and transport?
The main road is a red route, so no stopping outside. There is metered pay-by-phone parking two minutes away. Angel is eight minutes on foot, Old Street nine.
How do I get in?
The full address, door code, buzzer number and photographs of the entrance are emailed after payment. Please arrive no more than five minutes early — bookings run back to back. There is a lift to the first floor.
May I view it first?
Of course. Viewings are free and take ten minutes — email info@studio337.co.uk and we'll find a gap.
Cancellations
Free and fully refunded up to 48 hours before your slot. Inside 48 hours the fee is non-refundable, but we will move you once, subject to availability.
