A content creator studio in London, from £65 an hour

Studio 337 is a private Georgian first floor in Angel that creators hire by the hour to film and photograph content. It is £65 an hour, with a one-hour minimum.

The room does the set design for you: crystal chandeliers, original cornicing, a marble fireplace, a gilt mirror and tall south-facing sash windows. Bring a phone and a tripod, or bring a crew. The whole floor is yours for the booking, so nobody is waiting behind you for the good corner.

Several looks in one hour

The window wall, the fireplace, the sofa wall, the mirror and the corners each read as a different location on camera.

Creators who batch content usually plan one look per twenty minutes and leave with a week or more of posts.

Daylight that flatters

The windows face south and run close to floor-to-ceiling, so skin tones and products look good without a ring light for most of the day.

No lighting is provided. If you film after dark or want a fixed look, bring your own. Blackout blinds are fitted.

A place to change

There is a separate treatment and changing area at the far end with its own window, so outfit changes do not happen behind a clothes rail.

It works as a second, quieter backdrop too.

Standard rate for creators

Personal content, UGC and creator work are all on the standard rate: £65 an hour for up to eight people.

Content shot for a paying brand with an agency or production crew goes on the commercial rate at £100 an hour, which covers up to fifteen.

Questions

Asked and answered.

Can I book just one hour?
Yes. One hour is the minimum and it is £65. Leave five or ten minutes at the end to put the room back as you found it.
Is UGC charged at the commercial rate?
No. Creator content and UGC are standard rate. The commercial rate is for paid campaigns shot with an agency or production crew, and for groups of more than eight.
Is lighting provided?
No. Studio 337 is a natural-light room, so please bring your own lighting if you need it. The windows face south and blackout blinds are fitted for when you want to control the daylight.
Is the space shared?
No. The whole first floor is yours for the length of the booking, including the separate treatment and changing area.
Can I move the furniture?
Yes, within reason. Please put everything back where it was before you leave. Nothing is to be taped to the cornicing or fireplaces, or hung from the chandeliers.
Is there sound treatment for talking-to-camera?
No. The room is not acoustically treated, so use a lavalier or a close microphone for speech.
