Studio 337 is a trading name of Can Kabadayi, who is the data controller for the personal information described here. Contact: info@studio337.co.uk.
What we collect
- When you book: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and the details of your booking (date, time, length, type, add-ons and price).
- When you pay: payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe tells us that you paid, how much, and the email you used.
- When you email us: whatever you choose to send.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites.
Why we use it
- To take and manage your booking and send your access details. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To keep accounting and tax records. This is a legal obligation.
- To answer enquiries and keep the studio secure. This is in our legitimate interests.
We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them.
Who handles it for us
- Stripe processes payments.
- Netlify hosts this website and receives the booking form.
- Google Workspace provides our email and bookings calendar.
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page opens. Some of these providers process data outside the UK, under the safeguards the law requires.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for up to six years to meet tax and accounting rules. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@studio337.co.uk and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
